Zděnek Trs
Zdeněk Trs (*1985) graduated from the University of Applied Arts (Glass Studio under Vladimír Kopecký) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (Painting Studio IV / Zdeněk Beran School). In his work, he combines elements of both functionally, drawing on the expressive possibilities of classical painting techniques, and his perfect painting focuses primarily on the geometry and stereometry of bodies.
Trs has been exhibiting individually since 2006 (OG Liberec; Trafo Gallery, Prague; NG, Prague etc.), has been part of several group exhibitions and in 2015 was awarded the CBM Art Prize - winning in the over 30 category. His work is represented in the collection of the National Gallery Prague and in private collections in the Czech Republic and abroad.
